An Introduction to Suzuki Philosophy
This course was designed by the Suzuki Association
as the first required step in the process of Teacher Training. It is open to teachers, parents and interested
supporters of music and education. Class size is limited to thirty
people, so it is an exciting, hands-on type of learning experience.
(NOTE: 6 hours of In-Service Credit is available to school-district

Suzuki Guitar School, Book 1
This
course presents the sequence of technique and repertoire for Level 1 of the
Suzuki Guitar
School.
Additional topics covered include approaching beginners of various
age groups, building up your studio enrollment and introducing Suzuki Philosophy
to parents and students. Presentation of theory for beginners is introduced
as well as methods for teaching correct posture and hand position to assure
long-term success.
